Yellowjackets: OOH Ad Concepts

For Yellowjackets, I developed out-of-home concepts that reflect the show's themes of survival, mystery, and transformation. One idea redesigned urban bus shelters into “survival shelters,” complete with rustic, nature-inspired décor and key objects from the series. Another concept explored the use of invisible ink billboards—ordinary by day, but revealing cryptic symbols and messages under a black light at night. Inspired by the new season’s theme of a spring thaw, a bold idea proposed encasing life-size replicas of cast members, including new characters, in a giant block of ice placed in a high-traffic location. Over several days, the melting ice would dramatically reveal the cast inside, creating a buzzworthy spectacle. Other ideas included placing mannequin likenesses of “The Man With No Eyes,” a mysterious character from the show, in public spaces to spark curiosity and encourage social media sharing, as well as organizing a Yellowjackets scavenger hunt using Replayar’s patented augmented reality technology. Participants could discover and collect AR versions of iconic objects from the show, earning prizes and access to exclusive VIP events. Learn more at Replayar.com.
